Professor GeorDavie (hereinafter referred to as "Prof. GeorDavie," “The Founder,” “The Visionary,” “Senior Prophet” “His Lordship,” "Mayor of Peace" or “The Landmark Prophet of The Equator.”) is internationally recognized as a world-renowned and award-winning servant of the most high God, The Landmark Prophet of The Equator, whose Apostolic and Prophetic mandate extends across spiritual, humanitarian, educational, media, cultural, and visionary developmental initiatives.

Prof. GeorDavie is the original Founder, Vision Bearer, and Presiding President of GeorDavie Ministries International (GDMi), a cross-cultural spiritual institution established for the propagation of the Kingdom of God, the administration of Prophetic and Apostolic ministry, and the advancement of divine leadership across nations.

In addition to the founding of GeorDavie Ministries International, it is further acknowledged that Prof. GeorDavie is the primary originator, visionary architect, and presiding authority behind the following institutions, initiatives, intellectual properties, and visionary projects, all of which arise from, and remain connected to, the divine mandate and Prophetic vision entrusted to him:

Recognition of Foundership and Intellectual Ownership

All concepts, frameworks, institutional models, brand identities, and strategic initiatives connected to the aforementioned entities are recognized as visionary properties arising from the spiritual calling, intellectual authorship, and leadership of Prof. GeorDavie.

Therefore:

1. The foundership, presidency, and visionary authorship of the above-mentioned institutions remain historically and institutionally attributed to Prof. GeorDavie.

2. Any reference, representation, or usage of these names, structures, brands, or initiatives shall acknowledge their origin in the prophetic vision of Prof. GeorDavie.

3. These entities are to be handled, represented, administered, and communicated with the highest level of care, honour, integrity, and respect, in recognition of their spiritual significance and visionary origin.

4. The identity, mission, philosophy, and public representation of these initiatives shall remain consistent with the foundational vision and leadership mandate established by Prof. GeorDavie.

Stewardship and Respect Clause

All individuals, departments, partners, collaborators, affiliates, media representatives associated with any of the aforementioned entities are expected to uphold a standard of dignified stewardship, responsible management, and honourable acknowledgement toward these visionary works.

Such stewardship includes:

• Respecting the legacy, authorship, and spiritual authority of Prof. GeorDavie.

• Safeguarding the reputation and integrity of each institution

• Ensuring that all operations reflect the founding vision and principles

• Preserving the unity of the visionary ecosystem established under his leadership
